How to start your language learning journey with us?
Before the Trial Lesson
This is what happens from the time the student contacts us to the time he/she starts taking regular classes.
1. Student contacts us for a free trial.

Student fills in our form to register for a free trial lesson.

Don't miss out on any details and give us maximum options so that we can assign the most suitable tutor.

The goal of the trial class is to demonstrate the method and style of teaching and also to judge the understanding of the student, the level and pace of teaching material will be revised post trial session depending on the learning requirement and the observations of the teacher.
2. We assign the most suitable teacher.

We assign the most suitable teacher based on the student's availability and learning objectives.

We communicate with both the Student and Teacher to confirm the day and time of the Trial lesson.
3. Student accepts the Meeting link.

Since our classes are delivered via Microsoft Teams, it is important for the Student to accept our request via mail to join classes.

If you don't have an account, you can join as a guest as well.
4. Teacher adds the Lesson Notes for the class.

The teacher gets in touch with the student via the online meeting link, and the Lesson Notes for the class are shared via an online notebook link.

Although you can look at the notes on your screen, we recommend that you also focus on the tutor’s shared screen to understand better.

It is easier to write down the notes in the blank spaces/on your online notebook in the Lesson Notes as the Teacher explains.

The online notes auto sync and the student can access the same link to revise outside the classroom as well.

Our teacher can also follow any book preferred or requested by the student.
During the Trial Lesson
5. Student meets Teacher on Microsoft teams on the agreed day & time.

Both Teacher and Student will join their meeting link on the day/time of the class.

Teacher will greet the Student and then call to begin the class.
6. Student and Teacher interact during the class.

Student refers to the Lesson Notes (whether printed out or on their computer screen) during the class.

Teacher and Student interact using text chat, voice chat, and video chat. They see and talk to each other.

The teacher will type on the online notebook as she explains. Don't forget to open your notebook link!

Normally, students are given homework to do after class and this is corrected in the next class.
After the Trial Lesson:
7. Student sends feedback after the trial lesson.

Student sends feedback for the teacher through our coordinator.

If they want to sign up for regular classes, they inform us of the course they wish to purchase.
8. We send an invoice to the student.

We send an invoice to the student with our account details and payment options.
9. Student makes payment and reconfirms schedule for regular classes.

Student makes payment to our account and sends us a proof of payment.

Student reconfirms the days/time they wish to have regular classes.

After receiving your proof of payment, we will confirm by email schedule and terms & conditions of classes.
10. Student starts taking regular classes.

Student and Teacher meet online according to the agreed schedule.

Teacher will update all lesson notes on the student’s online notebook.
